great park access and nearby trails for city explorers

I stayed at the hotel recently and absolutely loved the quick access to Jean & John Starkweather Shoreline Park, where I spent wonderful mornings walking along the water, and the stunning trails of Ring Mountain Preserve, which provided a perfect escape for some hiking and nature views. the kitchen in the room made it easy to prepare meals after a long day of exploring downtown.

The spacious lounge areas and helpful staff made my stay delightful. It felt welcoming, just like visiting an old friend, with lovely decorations that brought a smile to my face and a sense of comfort.

Improved cleaning in common areas would be appreciated.

The front desk was empty at check-in, and it took time for someone to arrive. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, but the bedding was thin and uncomfortable. The towels were almost see-through. Breakfast was a bummer with limited options and often empty coffee. It felt overpriced for what we got.

The property was clean, but I had no room service during our stay, which was really frustrating. Also, the receptionist was incredibly rude when I asked about getting fresh towels.

It wasn’t exactly cheap either, but you know. for what we went through, I didn't expect luxury.
